Shipping & delivery
Everything ships from inside the United States. Here is exactly what happens after you order, and the dates we will actually hit.
The cutoff
Order before 2PM Eastern on a business day and your parcel leaves the same afternoon. Order after 2PM, or at a weekend, and it goes out on the next business day. There is a live countdown to the cutoff on every product page, and it is real.

We quote the date we can hit with a day of margin built in. That is deliberate: a gift that lands a day early is fine, a gift that lands a day late is not.
What it costs
- Free on orders of $79 or more.
- Below $79, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Expedited delivery can be added for $9 at checkout. It moves you roughly a day sooner.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch, usually much sooner. If it has been longer than that and nothing has arrived, email us and we will look it up ourselves rather than send you to a carrier page.
Sending it straight to someone else
Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. It does not have to match your billing address, and nothing about the order looks unusual at their end.
We never include prices, receipts or invoices in any parcel. The packing slip lists the item and nothing else. This is not an option you have to tick — it is how every order goes out.
If it is late
Email us. If a parcel misses the date we promised and the date mattered, we will make it right — that usually means refunding the shipping, and if the occasion has passed, refunding the order. You do not need to argue the case.
Damaged in transit
Send one photo. We replace the whole order. You do not post anything back and you are not charged again.
