Every rose is real. Picked at full bloom, then preserved so it keeps its colour and softness for years instead of days.

When will it actually arrive?

Do the roses really last years?

Two to three years. They are real roses, preserved rather than dried, so they keep their colour and stay soft. Keep them out of direct sunlight, do not water them, and keep them somewhere dry.

Can I send it straight to someone else?

Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout, it does not have to match your billing address. Tick the handwritten card and we write your message by hand onto the card inside the box.

Will they see how much I spent?

No. We never include prices, receipts or invoices in any order. The packing slip lists the item and nothing else.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us one photo and we replace the entire order. You do not post anything back and you are not charged again.

What if they simply do not like it?
