Thirty days from delivery. Full refund.

The short version

• You have 30 days from the day it arrives to change your mind.
• The refund is the full amount you paid.
• There is no restocking fee, and we do not ask you why.

How to start one

Email info@sweetboxx.net with your order number and one line about what happened. A person reads it, Monday to Friday, and replies with what to do next.

When the refund lands

Refunds go back to the original payment method — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Your bank then takes its own time, typically three to five business days, to show it on your statement.

If it arrived damaged

Do not send it back. Email us one photo and we send a replacement at no cost. If you would rather have the money, say so and we refund instead.

Gifts sent to someone else

The refund goes back to whoever paid, not to the recipient. If they want to return it discreetly, they can email us directly and we will handle it.
