Include this and it gets solved in one reply
- Your order number if you have already ordered — it is in your confirmation email.
- One photo if something arrived damaged. That is all we need to send a replacement.
- The date it needs to land if you are asking about timing.
Before you order
If the date is tight and you are not sure it will make it, ask before you buy rather than after. We will tell you honestly. We would rather lose the sale than miss the occasion.
