Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund of the amount you paid. No restocking fee.

To start a return, email info@sweetboxx.net with your order number. We reply Monday to Friday with return instructions.

Damaged or wrong item: email one photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you — your choice. You do not need to send it back.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take three to five business days to show the refund.
