Here is exactly what happens after you order.

What it costs

• Free tracked shipping on every order to a US address. No minimum.

How long it takes

Delivered in 7 days from the day you order, tracked to the door. The product page shows the date it should arrive if you order today.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If something looks stuck, email us and we will look it up ourselves rather than send you to a carrier page.

Sending it straight to someone else

Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. It does not have to match your billing address, and nothing about the order looks unusual at their end.

We never include prices, receipts or invoices in any parcel. This is not an option you have to tick — it is how every order goes out.

If it is late

Email us at info@sweetboxx.net. If a parcel misses an occasion that mattered, we will make it right.

Damaged in transit

Send one photo. We replace the order — you do not post anything back and you are not charged again.
