We ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost: free tracked shipping on every order, with no minimum.

Delivery time: 7 days from order to delivery.

Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Gift orders: no prices, receipts or invoices are included in any parcel. You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels: email info@sweetboxx.net with your order number (and a photo for damage) and we will replace or refund the order.
