These terms apply to your use of sweetboxx.net and any purchase from SweetBoxx, operated by ASL DELUXE LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment in full. Bundle and spend-based savings are applied automatically in the bag as described on the site.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Product information

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly by screen, and preserved flowers are natural products, so each arrangement is slightly different.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use its content without permission. All site content belongs to us or our licensors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
